Senior digital strategist
Full time – Montreal/Hybrid – Salary : 70,000$-100,000$
Turko is looking for an individual to fill the position of senior digital strategist / account manager. Under the supervision of the director of operations, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, creating strategic plans and communicating effectively with clients.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with agency clients
- Understand clients’ digital marketing needs and goals
- Develop tailored digital strategies to meet client objectives
- Lead digital marketing campaigns, including planning, implementation and optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies based on data and results obtained
- Ensure compliance with campaign budgets and deadlines
- Stay up to date on digital marketing trends, new technologies and best practices
- Ensure smooth communication between departments to ensure project success

Desired skills
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of marketing
- Experience in account management
- Excellent social, interpersonal and relational skills
- In-depth knowledge of the main tools (Hubspot, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Major assets
- Experience in an agency or as a consultant
- Experience in managing a team
- Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Blueprint certification
- University degree related to the position
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
