We’ re looking for a marketing team lead! This person will be responsible for all aspects of managing a small team, planning and executing paid search, paid social, and content marketing (SEO) campaigns ensuring that we meet quality and performance goals. Responsibilities
- Manage and coach a small in-house digital marketing team
- Client communications (from an execution and reporting standpoint)
- Follow campaign KPIS for every client proactively
- Monitor client budgets with team
- Coordinate with external consultants for special projects
- Adjust strategies & tactics according to the client's marketing objectives if necessary
- Plan marketing calendars with management and clients
- Ensure month over month production objectives are met
- Report weekly on KPIs, budgets and operations to upper management
- Hands on campaign execution when necessary
Requirements
- Proven ability to manage client relationships
- Experience with managing teams
- Experience with managing a client portfolio a plus
- Strong French writing skills (English is a plus)
- Ad agency experience preferred
- Have an impeccable attention to detail and be organised
- Self-starter mentality with an affinity for taking on new responsibilities and the ability to think outside the box
- Demonstrated understanding of ROAS and ROI
- Google Adwords and Analytics certified (or have been certified in the past)
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience
- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any related field
