Director of email and CRM
Montreal / Hybrid
Turko is looking for a director of email and CRM to expand its team. Reporting to the director of operations, your main role will be to develop innovative CRM programs, oversee their implementation and analyze data to provide strategic recommendations to customers.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Develop and implement customized CRM strategies for the agency's customers
- Understand customers' business objectives, identify key market segments, define effective customer paths
- Oversee the collection, integration and analysis of customer data to obtain actionable information
- Implement CRM tools and systems to automate marketing, sales and customer service processes
- Analyze customer data to identify key segments and behavioral characteristics
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency of CRM efforts

- At least 3 years' proven experience in a management role

- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and formulate strategic recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent social, interpersonal and relational skills
- Fluent in french and english (spoken and written)

- Agency experience
- University degree related to the position
- In-depth knowledge of marketing concepts, strategies and trends
