Digital marketing strategist
Full time job – Montreal/Remote
Tasks and responsibilities
- Configure and optimize digital campaigns on the Google Ads and Facebook Ads platforms (and sometimes Linkedin Ads and Bing Ads)
- Follow up with advertising platform support and manage account eligibility
- Monitor budget, keyword bids, quality score, and other key metrics
- Work with analytics tools to configure and maintain data collection as well as conversion tracking
- Recommend changes to creative and website pages to optimize campaign performance
- Track conversions and ensure that goals are properly configured
- Collaborate with the paid media specialist to achieve the performance objectives defined at the start of the mandate

- Read sources of influence (blogs, social networks, etc.) that affect Google Ads and Facebook Ads

Desired skills
- 3 to 8 years of experience in digital campaign management (Google Ads and / or Facebook Ads)
- In-depth knowledge of the Google Ads advertising platform and the Google Ads Editor software
- In-depth knowledge of the Facebook Ad Manager and Facebook Business Manager advertising platform
- In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics
- Demonstrated understanding of the terms ROAS, ROI, CTR, CPC, CPM, etc.
- Fluent in French and English (spoken and written)
Major assets
- Google Ads, Google Analytics and/or Facebook Blueprint certification
- University degree related to the position
- Proficiency in Google Sheets for data analysis (formulas, pivot tables, etc.)
- Experience in an agency or as a consultant
- Experience in managing a team
