We’ re looking for a digital campaign manager! This person will be responsible for all aspects of planning and executing paid search, display, and social advertising campaigns ensuring that all campaigns meet quality and performance goals. If you are passionate about Google Ads and Facebook Ads, then consider this:


  • Plan and execute paid campaigns through social media, Google Adwords, Facebook and Linkedin
  • Optimize paid campaigns across different platforms to maximize lead generation goals and ROAS
  • Monitor budget, keyword bids, quality score and other key metrics
  • Work with analytics tools to setup and maintain data collection and conversion tracking
  • Recommend changes to creative and website pages to maximize opportunity
  • Delve into keyword research and market trends to find new opportunities to drive better results
  • Collaborate with other marketing team members and sales manager to ensure that marketing plans across various channels are aligned to meet monthly lead generation goals


  • Google Adwords, Analytics certified and/or Blueprint certified
  • Strong French writing skills (English is a plus)
  • Demonstrated understanding of ROAS, ROI, CPC, CTR, CPM, etc.
  • Need to be analytical and be able to work with large data sets
  • Have an impeccable attention to detail and be organised
  • Self-starter mentality with an affinity for taking on new responsibilities and the ability to think outside the box
  • Must be a team player
  • Ad agency experience a plus
  • Minimum of 2 of proven experience in digital marketing
  • Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or any related field a plus
