CRM specialist

Turko is looking for a CRM specialist to expand its team. Under the supervision of the director of operations, you will be responsible for managing, optimizing and implementing customer relationship management (CRM) strategies within our company.

Tasks and responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance and configuration of the company's CRM system, ensuring that it is adapted to the company's needs.
- Ensure data integrity and optimal use of the platform
- Carry out in-depth analysis of customer data to identify trends, purchasing behavior and business opportunities
- Design and execute targeted marketing campaigns, using CRM functionalities to automate marketing processes
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for customer relationship management

- In-depth knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent social, interpersonal and relational skills
- Fluent in french and english (spoken and written)
